Pharmacist (Acute Care Hospital)

This position will be responsible for:

• Conducting drug utilization reviews
• Consulting with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors
• Relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
• Performing a variety of tasks
• Reporting to a manager or supervisor

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required, Pharm. D degree preferred

License/certification:

• Must be a registered pharmacist
