The Director of Emergency Services reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Director is a professional nurse, responsible for directing and ensuring the coordination of patient care services in the Emergency Department. The Director is responsible for organizing and staffing appropriately and in a manner reflective of the Hospital's philosophy, objective and mission. The Director leads, supports, and encourages the Emergency Department staff.  The Director acts as a liaison between the Hospital Administration and the staff.
