Outstanding opportunity to join on to one of the largest and fastest growing National Multifamily Developer/Builders in the country. This role reports to the Vice President of Design and Entitlements, working closely with Developers, Construction Project Managers, Design Managers, Jurisdictional Agencies/Regulators; and outside consultants.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage due diligence and horizontal design process
• Communicate design related information with relevant project team members
• Maintain project status logs; schedule and organize internal and external work flow.
• Design development and construction documents in conjunction with the project schedule.
• Prepare and update detailed project schedules and budgets throughout the design and permitting process.
• Meet project deadlines, with attention to detail, accuracy & budget.

Requirements:

• Construction Management, Land Planning or Civil Engineering degree
• Previous multifamily experience
