MMG is working with a top hospital system currently seeking a Director of Emergency Services.

 

This Director of Emergency Services will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and act as a liaison between the Hospital Administration and the staff. The Director is a professional nurse, responsible for directing and ensuring the coordination of patient care services in the Emergency Department. This role is responsible for organizing and staffing appropriately and in a manner reflective of the facility's philosophy, objective and mission. Duties of the Director include leading, supporting and encouraging the Emergency Department staff.
