IT Director (Procore Experienced) - Multifamily Construction - Houston, TX
Houston, TXMultifamily Construction/Development Group currently seeking an IT Director (Procore Experienced) with responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Provide technical end user support, including in person and remote support.
- Own support requests through lifecycle with a focus on accurate and timely communication, excellent technical resolution, and superb customer service.
- Record detailed and accurate transcriptions of all activities related to a support request, including end user communication, resolution details and accurate time tracking for all activities required to complete the request.
- Perform support request triage and coordination to ensure timely response leading to a successful engagement for end user requests and operational monitoring alerts.
- Support imaging process of new end user equipment, reconditioning of used end user equipment and returned inventory process as necessary throughout the life cycle of the piece of equipment.
- Efficiently support the effort to track and manage inventory assets and software licenses
- Install, uninstall, and safely transport end user equipment as well as provide remote support for end user equipment installs that are self-performed by an end user.
- Efficiently utilize and support approved third-party tools for device management, monitoring and utilization.
- Identify repeated issues, effectively communicate, and assist with their resolutions.
- 2+ years IT or other tech related experience required
- General knowledge of computers, applications, and programming
- Interest in developing technical skills and certifications
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
