Multi-Family National Developer currently seeking a General Superintendent. This position will report to the Vice President of Construction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight for entire project portfolio
• Oversight of Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Field Staff at multiple job sites.
• Interacting with subcontractors 
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time

 Required Skills
Qualifications include:

• Multi-Family Construction required.
• Podium and Wrap Project experience a plus
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
