Director of Behavioral Health - Hospital Setting - Columbia, MO

The Director of Behavioral Health Services provides overall management and strategic leadership of Behavioral Health Programs throughout the facility and affiliated service lines. Representing Behavioral Health, the Director is responsible for facility-wide oversight of the compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with Behavioral Health Services, budgetary duties and fiscal performance of the Behavioral Health Program, leadership of Behavioral Health team members, resource development and implementation, and measurement, reporting and audit of Behavioral Health Performance Metrics. Reporting to the Facility CEO, the Director of Behavioral Health Services develops internal and external growth initiatives in coordination with the facility's strategic growth initiatives.
